Always showed me properties within my budget versus what I could not afford. I looked at a few properties and he nailed it with me putting a contract on my home. This was a new build with me living full time in another State, he would swing by to check on the status of the build and send me updates all the time. When things started going sideways at the end due to the builder/developer/listing agent's false closing/move-in dates. He came in saved the day and found me temporary housing until I could actually close once the builder got the CO. I highly recommend PJ and when it's time to move on from this home, he will be the first person I call.
I had the experience and pleasure of working with PJ Bory prior to purchasing this home. I had rented long-term for three years prior to this purchase and PJ handled the rentals extremely well. We started negotiating the purchase of this house in July 2013 and we finally closed in April 2014.
